Install...

Once you have downloaded a style sheet, you may proceed to install it. Installation is simply a matter of linking the browser to the style sheet, via the standard browser menu options as follows:

1. On the Internet Explorer menu bar select Tools, and then Internet Options. The Internet Options dialogue box will appear.
   
   
2. Click on the Accessibility button towards the bottom right hand corner. The Accessibility dialogue box will appear.
   
   
3. You will see three Formatting options and one User Style Sheet option. Please ensure that the three Formatting options are NOT selected - this is very important.
   
   
4. Proceed to select the User Style Sheet option and click on the Browse button. Make your way to the folder where you have saved the style sheet, and select the style sheet by clicking on the style sheet file name and Open as appropriate for your machine.
   
   
5. Click on the OK button to close the Accessibility dialogue box and the browser should now be linked to the selected style sheet.
   
   
6. Click on the OK button to close the Internet Options dialogue box.

Well done!

Most text based web content should now appear in accordance with the style stipulated by your style sheet.

Please note that the style menu above will have no visible effect until you switch off your style sheet. Should you need to switch off the style sheet at any time, just go back through the browser options and deselect the User Style Sheet option.
